Wycliffe Oduor helps strengthen Eden’s financial systems, operational governance, and compliance infrastructure across the organization’s multi-country operations. As Director, Finance and Compliance, he leads treasury and cash flow management, country-level financial reporting and consolidation, systems rollout, policy development, risk management, and due diligence support, among other responsibilities.
A seasoned finance, audit, and operations leader with over 18 years of experience, Wycliffe has managed financial oversight, internal audit, donor compliance, and risk management across Africa and international programs. He is particularly passionate about strengthening stewardship, transparency, and accountability. When not at work, he enjoys singing, jogging, watching football, traveling to project locations, and spending time with his children.
