Our Hiring Process

  1. Application Review: Applications are objectively reviewed against position needs to identify candidates with relevant professional expertise.
  2. Interviews and Skills Assessment: Selected candidates are invited to one or more interviews to assess technical expertise, experience, and fit with Eden’s posted vacancy and the Ethos. Candidates may be asked to complete practical exercises relevant to the position.
  3. Reference Checks: Applicable professional references and background (police) clearances are processed to confirm the candidate’s background.
  4. Offer: A detailed offer, outlining terms and conditions of employment, is presented to the selected candidate. Employment contracts may also be presented, depending on applicable law,
