Elisante Kishimbo oversees the financial, operational, administration, and human resources functions within Tanzania. As Administration, Operations, and Finance Manager, he works closely with the rest of leadership to promote strong financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, effective processes, and operational excellence that support climate and community impact initiatives.
Elisante has more than 15 years of experience within the international development and nonprofit sectors, having hheld senior roles at PATH Tanzania, SNV Netherlands Development Organisation, Ariel Glaser Pediatric AIDS Healthcare Initiative, and Swiss TPH. He brings expertise in finance, compliance, grants management, budgeting, and organizational systems, and is especially motivated by work that combines climate action, community empowerment, ecological integrity, and social equity.
