As Operations Manager, Alyssa Cooper focuses on partner communication and building the operational processes that support the organization’s work. Her role helps keep partner relationships and internal systems running well so the team can sustain long-horizon restoration work alongside the communities who live in those landscapes.
Before joining Eden, Alyssa worked across event management, construction project operations, and IT consulting, experiences that gave her a broad perspective on how different parts of an organization fit together. She brings strengths in operational process design, cross-functional coordination, and systems-minded operations. Outside of work she enjoys staying active playing pickleball, cycling, working out, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
