Patrick is the former Chairman of the Board of Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc., a company with annual revenue of approximately $12 billion and more than 1,500 stores in North America. In 14 years of service there, he led a comprehensive transformation of its board, governance, philosophy, and practices. As President and CEO of PG Consulting, he assists corporations in building CSR strategy. In addition, he has served on a wide range of public sector, corporate philanthropy, and nonprofit boards. Currently, he serves on the board for the NAACP Foundation, KidSpirit, and America’s Charities. He holds a BA in management from the University of Massachusetts, an MBA from Northeastern University, and an International Certificate in Business from Ecole Superieure de Commerce.
