Why can't I purchase trees anymore?

Landscape restoration creates far greater impact than tree planting alone. This approach delivers verified carbon capture, provides 40-year community benefits, protects existing forests while restoring degraded areas, and creates sustainable funding through carbon markets. Your support now enables permanent transformation rather than temporary interventions.

What if I don't have my donation receipt?

Receipts are sent to the email address you entered when you submitted your donation. You can use the link in any recurring donation receipt to manage your recurring plan - it doesn't need to be the most recent one. If you can't find your receipt, check your spam folder or contact us at info@eden-plus.org for assistance.

How often are monthly donations charged?

Monthly donations are processed on the same date each month that you originally set up your donation. For example, if you started on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each month.
