Eden has transitioned from GoFundMe Pro to Givebutter for donation processing. This change enhances security and improves the user experience while maintaining all your existing preferences and donation history. All existing donations will continue as scheduled with no action required from you.

How to Access Your Donation Management

For New Givebutter Donations

If you set up your recurring donation through Givebutter:

  1. Find your donation receipt – Check your email for your most recent donation receipt from Givebutter
  2. Look for the management link – Near the bottom of your receipt, you’ll find a link to “Manage Your Gift”
  3. Click the link – This will take you directly to your donation management page

You can use any receipt from your recurring donation – it doesn’t need to be the most recent one.

For Legacy GoFundMe Pro Donations

If you have an existing donation from our previous platform:

  1. Log into your GoFundMe Pro account at the link below
  2. Navigate to “Recurring donations” from your homepage or left menu
  3. Select “Manage donation” for the donation you want to update
