Pete served for 40 years in the US Army, culminating with his role as Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, where he was responsible for 1.1 million soldiers and a $240 billion annual budget. Upon retirement from the Army, Pete established a consulting firm, helping build multi-disciplinary leadership teams to challenge our most difficult issues and challenges. He holds an MPA from the University of Washington.
