With more than 15 years of cross-border HR experience, Abbey brings a practical, relational approach to balancing best practice, compliance, and organizational needs. Her background includes international HR leadership at Food for the Hungry and HR leadership in higher education at Taylor University. When not writing policies, she enjoys off-the-beaten-path travel, exploring nature and history, creating music and fiber arts, and spending time with family.
