Britt Klaassen focuses on GIS work, carbon calculation, and the technical aspects of projects, including system design and data processing. Her work as GIS and Carbon Quantification Lead helps provide the technical and scientific foundations that make environmental and social impact measurable and investable.
During her master’s studies, Britt researched cheetah habitat and movement in Kenya’s Maasai Mara, building strong GIS skills and lasting partnerships with local conservation organizations. She later expanded her conservation and GIS experience through consultancy work with Rewilding Europe and the Kenya Bird of Prey Trust. Outside of work, Britt can be found enjoying nature through hiking, horseback riding, and safari.
