This project report documents Eden: People+Planet’s restoration efforts in Mozambique’s Chimanimani landscape during 2024. The organization implemented three integrated strategies—Landscape Partnership, Sustainable Livelihoods, and Mosaic Landscape Restoration—to foster landscape-scale transformation while building community relationships. Through a comprehensive Vision + Design phase, Eden engaged 48 stakeholders across 18 communities to co-develop a shared vision for restoring Chimanimani National Park’s buffer zone. The report transparently presents ecological impacts (863,429 indigenous trees planted across 1,267+ hectares), social outcomes (349 community members employed), and financial information, while outlining measurable goals for 2025-2026.
