Scott Lout, as Chief Executive Officer, provides strategic leadership and organizational direction across all climate, restoration, and carbon initiatives. His responsibilities include leading organizational transition and restructuring, overseeing a multi-country portfolio across Africa; guiding donor, investor, and partner relationships; and supporting long-term strategy, governance, and accountability.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across Africa, Asia, and the United States, Scott has led large international portfolios spanning climate, conservation, agriculture, humanitarian response, and development. His background includes senior leadership with Eden: People+Planet, World Vision International, Food for the Hungry, and eProd Solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and friends, camping, cycling, and road trips.
