Glen Prior leads corporate Governance and Compliance, where he works to align organizational processes with existing standards, support the CEO and Board in decision-making, and strengthen the team through clear systems and processes. His role is designed to reduce friction, support good decisions, and help the organization stay focused on its mission.
With 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience and 20 years focused on financial, legal, and document compliance, Glen brings deep experience in systems thinking, operational organization, and conflict management. He was brought on to help build Compassionate Carbon as a proof of concept for extending Eden’s mission and establishing new economic revenue streams, and outside work he enjoys reading science fiction, history, and theology, spending time with family, and mentoring young leaders.
